For machines with a lot of HP, it is important to cool your transmission extra. More HP = also more heat. Mainly due to v-belt slippage but also the clutch and vario can get very hot! With this high performance air intake on your crankcase cap your engine block can suck in more air which improves the cooling of your engine block. My advice is to make extra cooling holes in your crankcase cover (see picture 2)
