The Stage6 crankshaft seal installation tool allows you to press crankshaft oil seals into Piaggio, Gilera, or Aprilia 125–180cc 2-stroke engines easily, at the correct depth, and perfectly level. Ideal for engine rebuilds or tuning projects, this tool helps prevent leaks and seal damage.

Crafted from CNC-machined anodized aluminum, the modular design includes a durable body and two clearly marked attachments for both the ignition and CVT sides. It ensures precise and repeatable results without the risk of misalignment or deformation.

🔹 Why use this tool?
Proper crankshaft seal placement is crucial for engine reliability. Without the correct tool, seals can be installed unevenly or too deep, causing failure. This Stage6 tool eliminates that risk and is reusable for other engines thanks to its modular system.

  • For Piaggio / Gilera / Aprilia 125–180cc 2T

  • CVT + Ignition side (both: 24x35x7 mm)

  • CNC-machined, anodized aluminum

  • Modular system: 1x body, 2x adapters, 1x replaceable end cap

  • Easy to use, hammer-safe (use a soft-face mallet)

✅ Tip: Do not grease the outside of the seal—this reduces grip. You can lubricate the inner lip (unless it’s a PTFE-type seal).
