The Stage6 crankshaft oil seal installation tool is specifically made for fitting crankshaft seals on the vario side of Piaggio 50cc 2-stroke scooter engines. With this precise CNC-machined and anodized tool, seals are installed straight and at the correct depth — essential for leak-free and long-lasting engine performance.

Compatible with:

  • Piaggio Zip 50 2T

  • Piaggio Typhoon 50 2T

  • Piaggio NRG

  • Vespa LX 50 2T

  • Aprilia SR

🔹 Why use this tool?
Crankshaft seals must be installed level and at the correct depth. Doing it by hand or with improvised tools risks damaging the seal or the engine. The Stage6 tool ensures precision and can be expanded for other engines thanks to its modular design.

🔹 Specifications:

  • For Piaggio 50cc 2-stroke engines

  • Vario side only (18x28x7 mm)

  • Modular: 1x body, 1x adapter, 1x end cap

  • CNC-machined, anodized aluminum

  • Can be used by hand or with a soft-face mallet

✅ Note: Do not apply grease to the outer edge of the seal. A little grease on the inner lip is fine unless it’s a PTFE seal. Always measure the depth of the old seal before removal for accurate installation.
