General terms and conditions MEGA MEET Midland Lelystad
Every participant and spectator agrees to abide by all rules and orders given
and written in the general conditions of WB Tuning, Jos Dijkman and Bikelife038, to strictly observe. Because WB tuning, Jos Dijkman and Bikelife038 rent the circuit, the conditions of the circuit must also be accepted and observed by the riders and any spectators.
Art.1 - Instructions from the organization, instructors and marshalls must be followed at all times. The organization has the right to organize the day according to its own discretion. The circuit or the organization that rents the track will determine whether or not the track can be driven in case of accidents on the track, or other events where the track is shut down. WB Tuning, Jos Dijkman and Bikelife038 will not be refunded the track rental if the day or session is
is terminated (or shortened) early by the circuit. This means that WB Tuning, Jos Dijkman and Bikelife038 do not make refunds or give refunds to customers.
Art.2 - The organization has the right to remove people from the track in all cases where it deems it necessary, without refunding the participation fee. The organization reserves the right to exclude participants from participation at any time due to misbehavior of participant and/or his spectators/audience coming along with the participant of the event. In case of gross misbehavior at the event, the organization reserves the right to exclude participants and related persons and possibly call in the police. Spectators are not allowed to enter the track. If a spectator of a participant enters the track, the participant also loses the right to participate in the event. If the participant is excluded, all right to claim and/or refund of the purchase price is forfeited.
Art.3 - The management, instructors and/or marshalls and the organization cannot be held liable for any damage, material or immaterial, including personal injury, resulting from participation in or using the facilities/services of WB Tuning, Jos Dijkman and Bikelife038. The participant is aware of this fact and takes this for his/her own account.
Art.4 - The participant is aware of the fact that participation, making use of the services of WB Tuning, Jos Dijkman and Bikelife038, entering the location in question, both for him/her and for third parties, as well as for his/her goods and/or goods of third parties, entails risk of damage - including personal injury, property damage and consequential damage. The participant expressly assumes these risks for his/her own account. Participation in this day is entirely at one's own risk. The organization is not liable for any form of damage whatsoever. This includes damage to the vehicles, damage to the circuit, but explicitly also for personal injury and any consequential damage from injuries sustained.
Art.5 - WB Tuning, Jos Dijkman and Bikelife038 give no guarantee to the participant that the vehicles to be used cannot show any unforeseen technical defects. WB Tuning, Jos Dijkman and Bikelife038 do not accept any liability for damages, material or immaterial, including personal injury, caused by unforeseen defects of the vehicles. The participant realizes that parts can break, break off and the like, with all its consequences. The participant realizes the above and assumes this risk for his/her own account. WB Tuning, Jos Dijkman and Bikelife038 cannot be held liable if due to a defect in the vehicle, there is (injury) damage to participants, spectators, and or their property. No refund or compensation can also be claimed in the event of an unfinished event due to a defective vehicle and/or accident.
Art.6 - Under no circumstances is it allowed to stop on the track or drive against the direction of travel, even in case of an accident. In case of an accident on the track, you must finish your lap quietly and enter the pit lane at the first opportunity.
Art.7 - Burn-outs are strictly forbidden throughout the track. Failure to comply may result in the participant being denied access for the remainder of the event.
Art.8 - The participant agrees that in case of doubt of alcohol consumption and/or use of narcotics, the participant may be excluded from the event. The participant is aware that the use of these involves great risks and knows the risk of exclusion from participation.
Art.9 - WB Tuning, Jos Dijkman and Bikelife038 do not take any responsibility for any damage, material or immaterial, including personal injury, incurred due to steering errors, collisions, cut-offs, actions other than those instructed by the instructor e.d. and accepts no liability for any damage suffered by the participant. Long hair is a danger to the participant and must be properly tucked under the helmet. Also, the helmet must be secured before starting the activities. It is the participant's responsibility that this is done.
Art.10 - After purchasing a ticket, the buyer has 14 days for reflection. Should the buyer then decide not to participate in the event, there will be no refund of the purchased ticket, nor any other costs incurred.
Art.11 - The organization reserves the right, due to any situation at the event, to adjust the number of rounds to the schedule deemed necessary on the day of the event. If this means that participants have to surrender a lap and/or time, this is not a reason for a refund of any form. The organization is not obliged in this situation to offer a solution for shortchanging the event.
Art.12 - The participant shall comply with all instructions, provisions, directions and/or (safety) regulations of WB Tuning, Jos Dijkman and Bikelife038. In case of failure to comply with the instructions, provisions, regulations and/or directions WB Tuning, Jos Dijkman and Bikelife038 reserves the right to exclude the undersigned from participation, without refund of participation fees.
Art.13 - The participant of the WB Tuning, Jos Dijkman and Bikelife038 event is aware that what the participant takes with him/her is at all times taken at his/her own risk and that in case of loss or theft the participant cannot recover from the organization and/or location of the event. Also, the organization is not responsible for any form of theft and or damage to any property of participant and / or spectator / audience of participant.
Art.14 - The participant is aware that it is not allowed to bring pets on any circuit.
Art.15 - It is not allowed to drive outside the circuit, here one must walk with vehicle in hand to the entrance of the circuit.
Participants here indicate that they have read and understood these general conditions.
